It went very well.
We started from a very late chronological position (compared to previous years) with regard to organising the registration support.
We are a charity of volunteers – either people with ME or parents of children with ME.
So many of them dared not attend due to covid concerns.
So everything was arranged quite later. But we were extremely relieved that the staff we hired was not only very pleasant and easy to work with, but was extremely professional, courteous and supportive of the charity.
It meant that we had no worries and the way that the staff member took on more responsibilities meant that we in the charity were relieved on having to organise certain things, and could concentrate on running the events.
So extremely pleased.
