Staff for Jurassic World Exhibition

Jurassic World Exhibition is no ordinary exhibition. It is an interactive, fun filled event great for the whole family and the closest you will ever come to living dinosaurs!

Our client was running Jurassic World Exhibition from August 2022 to January 2023 and asked us to provide 10 brand ambassadors and an event manager a day with all the right experience to help with selling products at the retail shop, engaging with customers, ticketing, working on the photobooth and just making sure visitors have the best day possible and leave with a smile on their face. They required hard working staff who were willing to give it there all and have a good time whilst doing so and that is exactly what we provided for them!

Behind the Scenes of This Expansive Exhibition from the Agency’s Perspective

The event manager would arrive on site each day and get all of the Brand Ambassadors signed in and assign roles for the day and make sure everyone is ready on time.
Staffing :-
• Two staff on ticketing and door enquires with radios where they are able to communicate with the other BA’s if it was needed.
• Three staff on the shop floor which involves being on the tills, shop enquiries, taking payment and any other things the customers need making sure the experience remained upbeat and enthusiastic.
• Two or three people people in the stock room involving replenishing stock, stock take and customer enquiries such as pricing and sizing of products.
• Rotating Role – The staff also worked at the photo booth where ½ staff worked at this position assisting customers with how to take their photos letting them know about the choices of two backgrounds and they could get a Jurassic World paper case for their picture or a keyring/magnet.

“We went with the family and they loved it. It is a one way walk through, so I would advise not to rush. There are parts that are amazing and little interactive parts for the kids which is great. If you have little ones, just be warned the last bit, they might find a bit scary (but it was good), where the staff make it fun.

There are bits you have to wait, due to the numbers they let in at a time, but it is not excessive, so not a long wait. Overall, we all loved it and thought it was fab!”
