Create Engaging and Interactive Visitor Experiences with Exhibition Staff In today’s competitive exhibition landscape, creating…
Making an impact at exhibitions
Engaging visitors is all-important at exhibitions – and you don’t have to have a big, massive stand to succeed.
First impressions count. Stands as small as 3m x 2m can have just as much impact as dramatic stands covering large areas.
Staffing at exhibitions
Make sure you have enough smiling, friendly, promotional staff to talk to visitors, deal with queries and pass out literature as required. Always remember that if there is no one around to help visitors when they arrive at your stand, then it is a potential sales opportunity immediately lost. Visitors will not return later – after all there are plenty of other stands.
Staffing is crucial. Envisage can provide well-trained staff that will make sure that no opportunity to engage with potential customers is missed.
Exhibition Design
Pay attention to the design of your stand. Add some eye-catching features such as graphics, strong imagery to reflect your brand. Consider using bespoke photo flooring to attract attention. Interactive features are always popular and guaranteed to engage visitors.
A pleasant environment
It needs to be pleasant environment for both staff and visitors. Even the smallest of stands can be made to feel spacious by careful furniture placing. Provide storage for staff to keep bags or coats safely, and to store surplus merchandising items.
Attending the Employee Benefits Live show at Olympia, London; Zenith wanted to attract as many as possible of the thousands of HR, rewards and benefits personnel who attend this prestigious event. Most of its small stand was left open so that people could enter from three sides.
Other features of the stand included:
A lockable showcase on which the Zenith brand was prominently displayed at the very front of the stand
Eye catching photo floor and backlit panel graphics
It proved immensely successful. The high-level beacon attracted the attention of visitors and there was plenty of room for networking. It was pleasant, professional and well staffed.
