International Exhibition & Conference Centre – Lead Generating Staff for Cars

The Brief
Marshall Mercedes, one of the UK’s largest automotive dealers, had booked a stand at the 2023 British Motor show held at Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre . They wanted 3 experienced lead generation staff for each day of the 4 day exhibition to data capture by approaching visitors at the show and collecting their details for the sales team at Marshall Mercedes to follow up.

The Requirement
Marshall Mercedes did not want to use their staff from the dealership as this would have left them short of bodies in the office. They did not just want promotional staff but lead generators that not only had experience and knowledge of the motor industry but also a genuine interest in cars and motor bikes. Two of the lead generators were to work on the car side of the stand and the final person to work on the motorbike side. Knowledge of the vehicles was very important.

Whist Marshall Mercedes did not have a specific goal in terms of the number of leads expected each day, we know that any company hiring a stand not only want the brand awareness but also a return on their investment.
