Our team will speak to each staff member our clients hire and go through a full brief with them over the phone and in writing. This way our client knows that the staff will arrive at the event fully understanding what is expected of them and be ready to go.

It does not matter if you hire Mascot performer or a marshal, the process is the same – Make sure the staff know everything!
