Why Hiring Security for Your New Year’s Eve Event Is Essential New Year’s Eve is…
Envisage Launch into the Security Staff Industry
Since Envisage Promotions business was established in 2010 our business evolved and grown in many areas to meet our clients needs and helping them to use one supplier for staff rather than multiple. Whilst we have been introducing many different services, the request for marshals, stewards and security staff has been increasing year on year. So, we decided to launch Envisage Security Staff.
In 2018 we have extended the services we offer our clients with the launch of Envisage Security Staff.
The reason we have delayed the launch of Envisage Security Staff until now was simply because we wanted to get it right.
The security industry is very complex, and we take everything we do seriously. Before we could offer these services, we wanted to fully educate ourselves.
To help our bookings team we wanted to give them the knowledge they need to make sure we are booking the right staff, with the right qualifications for the job. So, we made the decision to invest heavily in training and appointed The Square Metre, an experienced consultancy in the security industry.
They put together a bespoke training package for everyone at Envisage.
It was a big time and financial investment, but it was definitely worth every penny. The training delivered by The Square Metre exceeded our expectations and the after-training support has been excellent.
In terms of training we could not have wished for more.
Andy Hollinson BA(Hons), FdA, the Chief Executive Officer at The Square Metre, said it was extremely refreshing to see a business take the training of its staff so seriously, “It’s great to see all the steps Envisage are taking to ensure they have the necessary knowledge before embarking on this expansion. It was clear throughout the training this is a business that takes what they do very seriously, and we just know they will be a huge success. We look forward to seeing them grow and develop with the mission they have to be the UK’s number 1.”
