Energetic Crowd to raise spirits – Ribena & Lucozade
The Client Brief
Ribena & Lucozade were holding an energy packed conference for staff and managers to set our plans for the next 12 months. The theme of the day was “Hollywood red carpet premier”. The purpose of our 50 strong crowd
A crowd of 50 people to cheer and welcome people at the Lucozade Ribena conference that has a film theme. The crowd will be cheering delegates as they arrive for the conference on the red carpet to create a real buzz.
Ribena is a prestigious brand that is a member of the Suntory brand. The brand Ribena was acquired by Suntory (the Japanese based company) in 2013 who were looking to add to their European portfolio including Lucozade, Pepsi & Orangina.
Organising the Crowd
To provide a group of enthusiastic, authentic & diverse people to surprise the delegates when they arrive and to ensure that they are pumped full of energy and ready for the goal setting.
When we book on staff members to work on crowd assignments our briefing includes taking care to follow these steps…
1. Study your request – So that we fully understand exactly what it is you require for your event we have developed a quick and easy booking form for you to fill out. Our recruitment team will then study your completed form to check everything is clear to avoid any confusion during the booking.
2. Selecting and booking staff – Once your selection has been made, we will contact the successful candidate(s) and book them in for the dates specified. We send the staff a booking contract which secures the staff for your event and they are then fully locked in.
3. Staff Briefing – We ensure that the staff hit the ground running as soon as they arrive on the day. All staff you book through Envisage will receive a comprehensive briefing with the information supplied on your booking form. If you have any additional briefing documents that you would like the staff to read through, feel free to email them in.
4. Check-in – There is no need for you to worry about staff not turning up, we’ll know they have arrived before you do. Our staff are briefed to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time so they are ready to start working at the time they have been booked.
Hiring a Crowd – The Results
Ultimately, because we have a large pool of talent with experience in acting and support artist campaigns, getting into character is a breeze. Our main challenge was to organise the logistics of the crowd to allow them to arrive undetected.
By using an event manager and clear instructions, the crowd arrived with ease & completed the task creating a real buzz for the delegates.
