Amazing Marshals at Steam Rally
I just wanted to say the team who worked at the Weald of Kent Steam rally this weekend we're amazing. I have been working the steam rally entrance tent for 11 years and the car park always becomes a problem. People complain about getting in and out and at times get really cross. This year we had zero complaints. This has never happened and was purely down to your team.

Thank you. It was a great day and Andrew worked really well with us and the event. He worked in role as the mascot really well and was independent to work the crowd. It was a pretty hot day and he wore the suit all the time, taking a few breaks from the ‘head’ to catch a drink etc.

Great Success
The Outdoor Show was a great success for us and Paul was amazing. The costume created a lot of attention which is exactly what we wanted. There are photos on our social media of all the things the ‘Asian Hornet’ got up to including meeting some celebrities.

We just wanted to send over a quick email to say thank you! We had Jerry as our Santa for our breakfast with Santa on 10th December and he was great, all the customers raved about how realistic he looked and how amazing he was with the kids. He was so easy to work with, arrived early to get ready, gave out the gifts as we asked and everyone enjoyed him as Santa.

Highlight of our show
I wanted to take a moment to say a big thank you to Stephen who was our Santa at the school fair back in December.
We were a bit nervous about hiring a santa claus, given that this is the first time we have done this it was a big expense.
However we need not have worried. Stephen was magical. His mannerism were so realistic and he was even down on the floor engaging with children. We can not thank him enough. He was the highlight of our show.Thanks Again.

Nothing but favourable feedback
We have nothing but favourable feedback for our Santa.
David arrived very promptly, in fact he was earlier than we anticipated, which was fantastic as it meant none of the children saw him (we always have a few who come early).
His outfit was great and without the need for a fake beard he was just what we wanted from the hire.
David was amazing with the children and parents alike. The first hour of our event was for the ASN children in our community. He respected and took into account their additional needs and all but a couple of them eventually warmed to him enough to interact. The parents/carers gave us wonderful feedback and thanks to give to him. Please pass this on.
During the event, David saw 138 children with 70 parents/carers. He took time with each and every one of them. Getting to know what they had been doing and of course, what they'd like for Christmas. Even the babies loved him, not a screaming one in sight. He did this all while keeping within our times allotted per child.
David even took time to walk among the children while they took part in the other activities during the event.
We can't sing his praises enough and hope to have him join us again next year.

Firstly, can I say that the Santa that you arranged, was absolutely amazing and exceeded all of my expectations, he was in full character and from start to finish, he came out and saying ‘Hello to everyone’ then going into our grotto and the way he interacted with the families, was absolutely 100%, my staff and their families were so blown away with him and the tricks that he did could only be described as magical, even some of the adults were believing in him, he had time to engage with the children and their family and was simply awesome.

We have been impressed with the whole process of booking with you and all of the updates leading up to our event.
William was absolutely brilliant from the moment he arrived to the moment he left. He engaged with our grandchildren, and they with him all through the hour and he dealt brilliantly with one of our younger grandson’s who was a little shy. Santa read stories, told jokes, answered questions from and chatted with the children, gave out gifts and posed for lots of lovely photos for us to cherish. Went the extra mile
Adrian (Santa) visited our shopping centre today and last Saturday and he did an excellent job. He was great with the children and they all had big smiles on their faces. He was very jolly, happy and enjoyed speaking to the families as well as working in Mcdonalds. We had him giving out free carrots to children within McDonalds, giving out orders and even learning how to prepare food. Today he sang happy birthday to someone and the whole shop joined in it really was magical. Last week he was singing Christmas carols at the tills in McDonald’s too, it made a great impression on our social media as I was following him around and getting his jolly self on video. He put in extra effort talking on video which not many people want to do, he went the extra mile to make Christmas special at Fishergate Shopping Centre.

He arrived early, was wonderful with the children, saw them all individually and posed for photos with them and their parents, and finally read a story to them all at the end.
I think we had 40 children at the event, and all the feedback we have received from their parents was that they had the best day and loved every second.
I also want to mention how gentle David was – some of our children have additional needs or were a little bit afraid and he had no hesitation in getting on the floor and sitting with them and calming them down.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending your organisation and David to anyone, we’re really glad we booked through you and really thankful you sent us such a brilliant Santa!

I just wanted to give some feedback following the event at Hartpury on Saturday.
Simon and Andrei were brilliant, the best temp staff we’ve had working at these events for us. They were organised and confident and made a really good team. They enabled me to run the event without any concerns over parking or access issues, which was very much appreciated.
We run open days regularly, so it’s likely that we’ll need staff again and we’d love to have both Andrei and Simon back if they were interested in working with us again.

We started from a very late chronological position (compared to previous years) with regard to organising the registration support.
We are a charity of volunteers – either people with ME or parents of children with ME.
So many of them dared not attend due to covid concerns.So everything was arranged quite later. But we were extremely relieved that the staff we hired was not only very pleasant and easy to work with, but was extremely professional, courteous and supportive of the charity.
It meant that we had no worries and the way that the staff member took on more responsibilities meant that we in the charity were relieved on having to organise certain things, and could concentrate on running the events.So extremely pleased.

I ordered in a bit to much to try and raise the bar and give more freshpet out to increase brand awareness etc..
Kalpesh for 2 days worked hard, common sense and great with the customers, Ellie the same great with customers and understood the brand straight away.
Harley was bubbly and full of energy which went down in a great positive manner with the customers to engage with them fully.
James and Kelly on the last day went all out nonstop in a tougher environment the busiest store of the week and the smallest foyer…..!!!!

Myself and the team could not be happier with the service provided by the Envisage team. The internal staff collective were incredibly helpful and accommodating at every stage of the process. Every detail from the brief was adhered to and the internal staff collective were prompt, efficient and could not have been more helpful. If any last minute changes/hurdles cropped up, the team were very open and efficient at dealing each situation and ironing out any creases to ensure a smooth running project. George Kelly was our main contact through this - please pass on my gratitude for the work that he put in for us.
The staff working the event were also incredibly professional, personable and achieved fantastic results. I had the opportunity to touch base with each staff member over the course of the project and each had a wonderful energy that contributed to incredible response rate required from this assignment.

Hannah helped us secure a lot of leads over the 2 days as she was in charge of scanning badges and also speaking to customers that we couldn’t get to. She understood the basics of what we did and used this to approach customers, and had the confidence to hold a conversation, but also brought me into the conversation if she felt she needed the support. Always scanning customers ( even when we forgot!! ) and filing up the leaflet stand, and being totally approachable. Great talker too, and it felt like she was really part of us! A real shame to see her go! ? ( can we already have her for next year?? haha )

It was clear that all the children and young people who came to see Santa really enjoyed meeting him and it made their year! James was very adaptable and worked with us in fulfilling his role and job. On the Thursday session our bus broke down which meant that we couldn’t get the grotto onsite for the children and young people. However, James worked with us and my staff team and still managed to get onsite to see some of the children and handed out some presents. Adapting to the environment very quickly and openly.

The Santa that we had for our event last Sunday was fantastic, the most realistic Santa I think I have ever seen! He had a very calm and quiet nature which meant visiting him was not too overwhelming for the younger children attending.

If possible, I would like to rebook him for our celebration next year again, due to the charity that we are, supporting bereaved children, I feel he understands how hard this time of year can be and how each child may not have all parents, so it is great to have that in place.

I am getting in contact to say how wonderful our Santa was on December 3rd! We hired him through you for our Santa’ Grotto and he truly was a wonderful addition to our Market. Not only did he look the part in a gorgeous costume, but he was handing out certificates to each child saying they were on the good list, which was such a special touch alongside the presents we had purchased. Richard was amazing.
It all went so well. With Richard arriving early, I was able to pass on the presents and Santa letters the boys had written .
He was truly brilliant, engaging both children and adults with great skill and timing.
My eldest grandson had told his uncle who picked him up from school that there was no santa, but when Santa arrived in his doorstep today , especially as he skilfully used the info I had given him to really make the children believe, I think he has changed his mind.
Richard showed the letters the boys had written and even before then was able to say what the boys had written and asked for.
He greeted them by name and showed He knew their interests.
He was very receptive to the children and was great when the 2 eldest boys wanted to show their reading skills by reading the story book he had. He was really great letting them read and encouraging and complementing them.
He was great with The photos too. Giving us time and opportunities to take photos and videos.
The time he spent with us was just right. He judged totally correctly when it was the right time to leave.
A really magical experience.

We had our neighbourhood Father Christmas visit was yesterday. The street was alive with festive cheer and everyone thought Father Christmas was perfect. Richard (our lovely Father Christmas!) communicated brilliantly before and on the day and was funny, warm and as energetic as one can be when pretending to be as old as time! Three cheers to him for keeping the spirit of Christmas alive and many thanks to you all for making this happen in these weird times. We’d definitely like to make this an annual tradition and book again for next year.

A brilliant experience
We had a brilliant experience hiring a crowd through Envisage. We were looking for 15-20 people to act as "party guests" and bring a fun atmosphere to a video shoot for a live band. They had to be enthusiastic and vibrant, enjoying the music, interacting with the band and even jump and dance around for one scene. Crucially this was all at 2 days notice!
Envisage made the process very easy, replying to our enquiry immediately and giving us a few simple options. Within hours of confirming the booking they had already lined up all the crowd members, and shortly confirmed a full list of names and contact numbers.
On the day the crowd were all brilliant, following instructions from the director and giving lots of energy until the very end. They were all stylishly dressed and professional. We ended up with a fantastic video, full of energy and exactly what we were hoping for. We would definitely use Envisage again and recommend them to anyone looking for a crowd for hire! We recently travelled from Australia to England for Crufts Dog Show - and needed staff. Envisage located three of the most amazing professional people to help us. Yesterday we held an exhibition at the Novotel London Hammersmith where we had 5 members of your staff work with us.
I can honestly say that this is the best team of agency staff I have ever worked with at event - both from your agency and others we have used.
Each staff member picked up tasks quickly and with ease, used their initiative to pick up other un specified jobs when quiet without being prompted and most importantly provided excellent customer service skills throughout the event.
Farley specifically showed excellent leadership skills and Mariela was exceptionally organised and thorough with every task she done.

I just wanted to say thanks so much to you both for supporting in the organisation of ‘Get Going’ C4L event at Kings Square in Gloucester on 14th August. The event was a great success and Adam has given us the figures for the number attending the stand and signing up etc- these were very impressive. Just some feedback on Emma and Karen, Both girls were excellent in terms of presentation and professionalism. I did not have to tell chase them to do anything and they did all asked of them. I explained what I needed of them on the morning of the first day and they then went about plotting their various routes around the venue in order to maximise our brand exposure. They were both excellent and you should be very proud of them.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you again for your assistance in supplying me with promo staff for our 3 day exhibition. Without both girls, I can definitely say that the event would not have been as successful. Both Lucy and Kelly were very enthusiastic and outgoing girls with a fantastic work ethic. This was only my 2nd exhibition and I cannot thank Lucy enough as she was more than willing to put forward suggestions on how we could maximise our data capture and general promotional efforts. We had a target of achieving 600 contacts throughout the event, but as a result of their hard work and experience, we actually got over 1,400 contacts which is great.

Our client was absolutely delighted with the three exhibition staff we booked through Envisage Promotions. They were friendly, approachable and brought interest to our stand that otherwise would likely have been missed. They worked as hard at the beginning of each day as they did at the end. Highly professional. I was very pleased to work with team from Envisage who looked after all of the detail leaving me free to concentrate on organising the exhibition. They also really looks after their staff and ensure both client and staff are happy with how things are progressing. I have no hesitation in recommending Envisage and will certainly be working with them again.

Just a quick email to thank you for sending Alice to help us during Mach. Alice is a lovely girl and is a credit to herself and a perfect ambassador for your company, Alice carried out all that was asked by us throughout the week, and had a constant smile on her face even though she was amongst complete strangers. Alice was both charming and very professional at all times and used her initiative daily to help both our staff and potential customers on our stand. Great staff at Kings Cross
Firstly, thank you for the arranging the two girls for me at Kings Cross last week. They were both really good and I hope they enjoyed themselves. Tiffany was particularly good and I would definitely ask for her to work with me again.
