Santa Training School Booking Terms & Conditions

• Payment: Can be made by bank transfer (our bank details will be on your invoice) or by credit or debit card (we will send you a link to make payment by card if this is your preferred method of payment)
• Refund policy: The payment of £99 is not refundable if you are unable to attend. You are able to substitute your place by sending someone in your place. If you are unable to attend but Envisage agency is able to replace you with another candidate then we will refund you the £99 you have paid. If we are unable to replace you then the £99 is non-refundable.
• Payment must be made within 7 days of receiving your invoice.
• If Envisage Agency cancel the event then a full refund will be sent to you for the £99 you have paid.
• If we are unable to accept your booking, we will inform you of this by telephone or email and will not charge you. This might be because the Event is no longer taking place or the spaces are full for that Event.
• Our right to make changes to the event. These changes could be a change in venue that is no more than 5 miles away from the original event or make minor changes to the content. These minor changes will not make a significant impact to that advertised and we will notify this to you as soon as possible.
• Termination of your participation in the Event. If the event organiser considers that your behaviour is such that it is detrimental to the reputation Envisage Agency and not in the best interests of the other attendees at the event, then your participation in the Event may be terminated forthwith either by asking you to leave. Examples of behaviour which may lead to your exclusion from an Event are: (a)making racist or homophobic comments; (b)being aggressive or making demeaning comments about other participants at the Event.
• It is your responsibility to provide details of any specific dietary requirements. Envisage Agency will not be held liable for any omission made by you. If you do not provide these at least 7 full working days before the Event, we may not be able to accommodate any specific requests.
• Your personal information will not be used for any purpose other than your participation in this event and your personal details will not be shared with third parties or any outside agencies.
